Law Office of Mathias Chaplin is Hiring a Remote Family Law Paralegal
We are looking for a paralegal to help us with family court related matters with 3 years experience or more. Specifically, We need help preparing South Carolina Family Court documents, as well as other documents. We are hoping to find someone who is knowledgeable with family law and court procedures. Good attention to detail and strong research skills are a must. Time management and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential. If chosen, you will be expected to work with confidential matters, complete tasks accurately in a timely fashion, and ensure the required standards are met. Only qualified applicants with 3 or more years of experience in South Carolina Family Law
Qualifications
Must have 3 or more years of experience in South Carolina Family Law
Must have knowledge of South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
Must have the ability to timely draft and prepare court documents.
